Since 2015, the facotry has set up R&D Center Equipped with a multifunction laboratory to continuously upgrade its skills and raise its manufacturing standard and product′s precision.
NBVO automatic assembly lines are installed with a series of advanced testing equipment such as Auto Eddy Current Flaw Detector, Auto Clearance&Flexibility Detector, Auto Imager, Auto Vibration Meter. Make sure the noise level Z4 of some chrome steel ball bearing specifications exceeded to 93% and the noise level Z3 of some stainless steel ball bearing specifications exceeded to 90%.
